Offering Price ) for aggregate gross proceeds to Millennial of C$34,500,000 (the
Offering ). The Offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters co-led by Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation and Sprott Capital Partners LP as joint bookrunners, and including Mackie Research Capital Corporation (collectively, the
Underwriters ). The Offering included 1,125,000 Units sold pursuant to the full exercise of the Underwriters over-allotment option.

The public will from today park at Kololo Independence Grounds as the Supreme Court starts the hearing of the presidential poll petition filed by Mr Robert Kyagulanyi, aka Bobi Wine, who is challenging President Museveni’s victory.
A panel of nine justices led by Chief Justice Alfonse Owiny-Dollo will conduct a pre-hearing session at the court today.
Ms Harriet Ssali Nalukwago, the court registrar, yesterday said the parking space has been secured at the nearby Kololo grounds since there will not be space within the court premises after two huge tents were erected there for the hearing.

The new 400-passenger riverboat coming to Haverhill this spring will bear the name of Haverhill’s beloved former harbormaster William J. “Red” Slavit.
The MS Captain Red, a 105-feet long, 28-feet wide vessel, is expected to dock in downtown Haverhill this spring. Tim Slavit, son of the legendary figure who died in 2008, told WHAV the “MS” stands for motor ship, demonstrating its large size. Although expected to draw a large recreational following, Slavit said the ship honors his father’s deep commitment to educating the city’s youth.
